What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on model, stock status and customization level. Standard models may support trial orders. Logo, packaging, color or deeper customization requires different MOQ. Please send the model, quantity and customization needs for checking.
Can you support OEM/ODM and private label?
Yes. T&G supports custom logo, color box, manual, sticker, carton mark, private label packaging, Bluetooth pairing name discussion and selected function or configuration discussion depending on the model.
Do you have certificates for my market?
For selected models, T&G can provide or coordinate CE, FCC, RoHS and other compliance documents according to project requirements. Yes. Standard samples are available for selected models. Logo or packaging samples need additional preparation time. A confirmed sample can be used as the golden sample reference for mass production.
What is your production lead time?
Lead time depends on order quantity, materials, customization, packaging approval and production schedule. Regular orders can be discussed after deposit and artwork confirmation. Urgent orders need schedule confirmation.
How do you control quality before shipment?
T&G checks function, Bluetooth connection, sound, charging, buttons, battery voltage, RGB or LED if available, appearance, accessories, packaging, labels and cartons before shipment. Third-party inspection can be discussed for bulk orders.
What payment terms and trade terms do you support?
EXW and FOB Shenzhen can usually be discussed. Payment terms depend on order type and cooperation stage. Sample orders and bulk orders may use different payment arrangements.
What happens if there are quality problems after delivery?
The buyer should provide photos, videos, defective quantity and batch or order information. T&G will check with QC or engineering and discuss spare parts, replacement, credit or improvement for the next batch based on the confirmed issue.
